Redevelopment of retail premises including creating a cellar.

Here we deepened the cellar and performed foundation repairs. The shop has been optimised and fully renovated.

Rokin Plaza

Redevelopment of the former stock-exchange office.

Rokin Plaza, a stone's throw away from Dam square, runs from Rokin to Kalverstraat and covers around 1000m2. It was built around 1980 as a retail/office building on the site of the Hotel Polen, which unfortunately burned down.
Emmes Group (now Ivy Group) bought this building with a view to redeveloping the entire premises. Following an intense period of planning, development and obtaining permission, we commenced the rigorous renovation in 2012. The building, which had contained various shops at street-level, was demolished right down to the concrete shell and the shell was restructured to raise the ceilings and achieve free lines of sight. In 2014, the premises were delivered to two retail chains: F21 and Pull & Bear. A luxurious office was constructed at the top of the building, which was delivered in mid-January 2015 and has since been leased. We performed the management and supervision during the entire process.

Rokin Plaza Office

The realisation of a luxury two-storey office with a terrace.

This office at a top location had to be finished to a high quality. Landmark Vastgoed Management BV played a major role in that regard. The large quantity of glass provides fantastic synthesis with the surroundings in the centre of Amsterdam, with a view of Dam square. So as to guarantee a pleasant climate, the interior was fitted with a hidden, balanced ventilation system.

Demolition of premises and reconstruction of two shops and four apartments.

The complete demolition of the existing retail premises in the centre of Enschede began in mid-2014. The two new retail premises were delivered to Mango and CoolCat at the start of 2015. The 4 luxury apartments are ready and now leased.

Grote Houtstraat 111 - 113: Esprit

Redevelopment of cinema into retail premises.
 

The last plush cinema in Haarlem city and the surrounding area stood in the historic shopping district. We created the design for the client, saw entirely to the planning permission application and drawings, and provided the management.
The building has high cultural and historic value, so it was essential to devise the plans in proper consultation with the municipality. The plans included retaining the characteristic arched ceiling with the old lighting and ventilation rosettes. Original pieces of stucco were also preserved and now, thanks to Esprit's good interpretation of the premises, they are a feature in the store.

We merged and developed seven buildings in the heart of historic Maastricht. Following a long preparation we commenced with this sizeable construction project in 2010, which ultimately resulted in delivering two wonderful stores: Mango and G-Star.

Foundation repair and merging of two buildings into one store, as well as the renovation of the façade and fitting a new store front.

For this project we created the design, applied for the permits and guided the construction. The back façade located on Rozengracht was developed in the Zaan style and colour, including estate agents.
